Successful transfer to employees
Nerys Group takes a major step forward in its development with a 100% employee buyout. This transition marks the departure of Caroline Couvert, the last founder of Nerys, who is still with the company, and the arrival of Sylvain Bistagne and Luc Desruelle at the head of the group. Sylvain Bistagne is CEO of Nerys and Nerys Group. Luc Desruelle is Managing Director of Mesulog and Chairman of Nerys Group.

With Mesulog, we build the Nerys Group
Nerys adds to its expertise in test and measurement equipment for industry and research by integrating the software development business of Mesulog in Moirans (Isère). This acquisition strengthens Nerys' expertise in test and measurement software development, and consolidates its position in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Rhône-Alpes branch opens
Nerys opens a branch in the Rhône-Alpes region to offer its customers even greater proximity and responsiveness.

Innovation as a driving force
Nerys employs 10 people, and ends its 10th year with growth of 20.5%. Nerys is selected by the Inovsys innovation platform in the PACA region to design a bearing test rig for Airbus Helicopters. The company is a sponsor of the Geosond collaborative project, which aims to develop a new on-board radar system for civil and military applications.

Ready to meet the challenges of the future copy
Nerys expands! New premises under construction, new employees and the signing of new references... The company is consolidating its core business in the design of test equipment and software, while developing its expertise in new products such as electronic boards. The opening of the company's capital to new employees demonstrates that Nerys is approaching this new decade with strong confidence in its know-how, its team and its ambitions.

Head for Gardanne
After two years in the business incubator at the Technopôle de l'Environnement Arbois-Méditerranée in Aix-en-Provence, Nerys has moved, with a pioneering spirit, to the new Puits Morandat business park in Gardanne.

A company connected to its environment
Nerys is a prizewinner in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Entrepreneurial Network. As part of its commitment to the regional industrial community, the company joins the Pégase competitiveness cluster (new generations of aircraft), now Safe Cluster (safety, risk management and new aerospace applications).

Our beginnings
Like Nerios, the god of gushing springs that inspired its name, NERYS was built on solid human and technical foundations, and a shared entrepreneurial spirit! Its three initial partners, Caroline Couvert, Marcel Auboiroux and Jean-Philippe Roth, had been friends for several years when they decided to combine their respective expertise in measurement. Together, they had worked at Syminex (acquisition systems and test benches for the military and oil industries) and at various Areva-TA subsidiaries (Stell Diagnostic, 01db-Metravib, Technoplus Industries), where they developed Lexart, a software package dedicated to test benches. Thierry Pugliesi joins the trio from National Instruments.
